Hi Anthony;

Fran & I just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail thanking you for taking the time on your Sunday to come by and meet with us this afternoon.  We appreciate you giving us the time to go over the updating of our newly purchased home, your candor and honesty regarding the work was very refreshing, we never at any time felt that we were getting a sales pitch, we both felt very at ease this afternoon and enjoyed the kicking around of the various ideas and options you presented us. We are hopeful that based on what we discussed this afternoon that you will be able to meet the needs of our new home within our limited budget constraints.  To be perfectly honest we both wish that we were able to give you the go ahead for all that you proposed today, but unfortunately we are unable financially to do that, so with that said, we are relying on your expertise to maximize the work within our budget in the most cost efficient manner you know. We are confident that things will work out and if the quality of the workmanship of Home Tech is 1/2 as good as the manner in which you represent your company then Fran & I know we are in extremely capable hands.

We both look forward to hearing back from you and are hopeful that we can move forward from that point on.

Again thanks for taking the time from your weekend to meet with us.

Regards

John & Fran

This job was a complete bathroom remodel, a tile floor for their kitchen and a new roof.

We were referred to the following customer by a salesman that we have been dealing with for many years. They were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and had a problem with the cabinet installer and needed someone in an emergency. They were having a major problem in that the tile contractor for the floor of the kitchen informed them that the structure holding up the floor was inadequate. We ended up not only installing their kitchen, we also doubled up all the floor joists under the kitchen and hallway leading to the front entrance.

The following customer replaced approximately 23 windows and needed extensive work done due to damage uncovered after the work began. How unforeseen circumstances are handled has ruined many a contractor/customer relationship. Handling them by taking the time to go over both the problem, and potential solutions, ends in the kind of satisfaction showed here...

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with pleasure that we recommend the Home Tech Construction team.

In May, 2006, Anthony and the crew began reconstruction work on our condominium, which was severely damaged during a period of heavy wind and rain in October, 2005.  Their initial investigation also uncovered flaws in construction that had been there since the building was erected over twenty years ago.  Thus began over six weeks of work, ranging from the installation of new windows, skylights, and doors, to the repair of deck railing and flooring, and the replacement of exterior siding and roofing.

We anticipated a home filled with sanding dust and dirt, and we were concerned for the welfare of our furnishings and floor coverings.  However, we soon found that our worries were needless.  While we had turned back rugs and moved some furniture out of the way, the Home Tech crew emptied rooms prior to beginning work in them, tacked protective coverings over the carpeting, and hung barriers between all rooms to keep sanding dust and dirt to a minimum.

All the men were prompt and courteous, working long and late hours.  They answered our questions to our complete satisfaction, and generally went beyond the call of duty to help us feel relaxed in the midst of the upheaval.  We were comfortable leaving the house under their care, finding them trustworthy and competent in every way.  Tim periodically checked with us to make sure that all we had asked was being done.

As is the case with most repair work, this job expanded as more damage was revealed during reconstruction.  In each such instance, we were given a complete picture of the damage and an estimate for repairing it.  There were no surprises and no hidden costs added on to our bill.

In all, we were delighted with the results of Home Tech’s work.  By the time the job was over, we knew we would call on Home Tech again, should the need arise.  Not only did the work meet and even surpass our expectations, but the extra touches and the willingness to

help us restore our home to “normal” was most gratifying.  Although Anthony knew that the next job awaited them, he made us feel that we were their first priority, and stayed with us until they knew we were satisfied with everything they had done.

Sincerely,

Tim,

Michele and I are very pleased with the job Home Tech performed. I'm especially impressed with the effort to make certain that all work was met with our approval and with the job of cleaning up after the work was done. Mike and Adam were enjoyable to interact with on a daily basis. Mike gave us many helpful suggestions. His creativity and willingness helped us both meet and exceed our expectations with the tile work. The crew, Steve, Anthony, Mike, Adam and Tyler did an excellent job and were a joy to work with. They should be commended. Work was done when you said it would be done and there were no surprises in terms of costs.

While we are happy with the work, we wanted to thank the crew in particular for all the time and effort that they have spent with us. The Crew’s knowledge, honesty and integrity were very forthcoming. Finding them trustworthy and competent, we were comfortable leaving the house under their care. All in all, this was a pleasant bathroom remodeling experience.

Please feel free to use us as a reference - we would be happy to share our experience with potential customers. And be assured that you will be the first person we'll call if we have need of any Home construction in the future.

Again, Tim, Anthony, Mike and crew, thanks for everything.

Sincerely,

Dan & Michele Parrillo
