Small Jobs and "Handyman" Services

    The problem with Handyman services are that they are usually Unlicensed and Uninsured. What could happen if  you hired a Handyman to repair a leak on your roof, and he is unlicensed and uninsured? If, god forbid, he was to fall off your roof, and get seriously injured, you would leave yourself open to all kinds of legal problems. What happens if you have a complaint with the work? Yes, you will try and call them back. But what if they don't return your calls? You really have no recourse. You can not complain to the building department, because they are unlicensed.

    That is why Home Tech Construction can offer you something that almost all Handyman services can't. We are licensed and insured! You get the small jobs done correctly, the piece of mind that comes with having a licensed and insured company doing the work, as well as the knowledge that we know what we are doing! If you have a problem, you have the security of knowing that we will be there to correct it, otherwise, you have recourse, both with the building department and the better business bureau to file a complaint. Since we have a 7 year clean record in both Nassau County and Suffolk Counties, I don't ever see that being necessary, however you do have that last recourse.
