We at Home Tech Construction have thought about the least expensive way to renovate your Long Island kitchen.  We assume every homeowner wants the highest quality installation at a reasonable price. Over the years, we have noticed more and more Long Island Kitchen projects where the homeowner wants to save money by buying all or some of their major materials purchases.   

It is our opinion that Long Island Kitchen products can be purchased by the homeowner with our help, who would then contract for labor only.  There are kitchen showrooms all over Long Island where the homeowner can pick and choose the kitchen products they prefer.

$7,995- This is based on a typical 12’ x 14’ Long Island kitchen.  168 square feet.  23 linear feet of cabinetry.

·        We remove the existing kitchen cabinets and countertop.

·        We repair the sheetrock behind the cabinets.

·        We install the cabinets you supply.

·        We install your moldings (with preexisting soffits)

·        We install your toe kicks

·        We install your cabinet accessories

·        We connect your dishwasher (to its existing location)

·        We connect your electric stove (to its existing location)

·        We connect your Refrigerator (to its existing location)

·        We install your Formica countertop

·        We install your sink (to its existing location)

·        We install your faucet.

·        We remove the debris 

$11,995- The same as above plus:

·        We rip out the existing sheetrock and floor

·        We replace all the sheetrock and tape and spackle, two coats, ready for you to paint

·        We install your ceramic floor tile.

$12,995- The same as above plus

·        We install your tile backsplash

·        We replace the molding around your window

$14,995- The same as above plus:

·        We remove your soffits (moving of plumbing, if applicable, not included)

·        We level your ceiling

·        We install your full height upper cabinets with moldings

Each kitchen is different and you will find that we are very reasonable as far as our charges for all those little things that can add up fast.  We are thoroughly qualified to install your kitchen.  From the simplest galley layout to the most complicated islands and lighting, we are the right people to handle your project.
